We respect your privacy and provide a clear process for deleting your account and associated personal data.
For the fastest deletion, please follow these steps directly within the GoEato User App:
Open the GoEato User App on your device.
Go to the Account Center.
Select Delete Account.
Confirm your identity (if prompted) and finalize the deletion request.
Upon successful deletion, we permanently remove the following data:
Account Identifiers (Phone Number, Email)
Order History and Preferences
Saved Delivery Addresses
We may retain minimal, anonymized transactional data (e.g., total sales volume by restaurant) for legal and tax compliance, but this data will no longer be linked to your personal identity. Deletion is typically completed within 14 days.
