Goeato is an intermediary platform connecting Users with Restaurants. We do not prepare, cook, or own any food products. Our role is strictly limited to facilitating the digital menu and order management.
All transactions and service fulfillment are direct agreements between the User and the Restaurant.
Goeato does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legal compliance of the food served by restaurants.
Digital bills are generated based on data provided by the restaurants and automated systems. While we strive for 100% accuracy, technical errors can occur.
Technical Errors: Goeato is not responsible for calculation discrepancies, price mismatches, or GST errors caused by machine/software glitches.
In case of a billing dispute, the restaurant's final manual assessment will prevail over the digital bill.
To protect our restaurant partners, we have a zero-tolerance policy for fake or malicious orders.
Placing orders with no intention of consuming or paying is strictly prohibited.
Account Banning: Any user found engaging in fake orders, repetitive cancellations, or harassment will be permanently banned from the Goeato platform without prior notice.
We reserve the right to share details of such users with legal authorities if required.
All payments made through the platform are directed towards the respective restaurant partners.
Refund requests must be settled directly with the restaurant management.
Goeato is not responsible for failed transactions, although we will provide support to track payment status through our gateway partners.
Timespark IT Solution Private Limited and its directors shall not be held liable for any health issues, financial losses, or disputes arising from the use of the platform or consumption of food from partner restaurants.
