To provide a seamless food ordering experience, we require specific data and device permissions:
Account Data: Your name, phone number, and email are used to manage your identity and prevent fraud.
Precise Location: We access your GPS location to find restaurants near you and to allow delivery partners to navigate to your address.
Camera Access: Required exclusively for scanning Table QR codes to access digital menus instantly.
Usage Analytics: We collect data on app crashes and feature usage to improve performance.
We partner with established service providers to process your requests safely:
Payment Gateways: Secure transactions via Razorpay/Stripe (we do not store card numbers).
Cloud Infrastructure: Data is securely stored on Google Firebase servers.
Mapping: Location services are powered by Google Maps API.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can request account deletion directly through the App Settings > Account > Delete Account. All your personal identifiers will be wiped from our active databases within 30 days.
